At 2:15 am on July 7, 2025, the Mile City Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow lightning warning signal: it is expected that lightning activities may still occur in towns (streets) such as Xiyi, Xi er, Xisan, Miyang, Taiping, Hongxi, Wushan, and Dongshan in our city in the next 6 hours. Please be prepared for lightning protection.

Description

Lightning activities may occur within 6 hours, which may cause lightning disasters.

At 0:25 on July 7, 2025, the Mile City Meteorological Bureau and Mile City Natural Resources Bureau jointly upgraded and issued a Level II geological hazard meteorological risk warning: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, the meteorological risk level of geological hazards in Taiping, Miyang, and Xisan in our city will be Level II (high risk), and the meteorological risk level of geological hazards in Wushan and Fucheng will be Level III (high risk). Please strengthen the safety inspection of geological hazards in areas prone to geological hazards, reservoir dams, construction projects, primary and secondary schools, transportation arteries, scenic spots, etc., and do a good job in preventing geological hazards such as flash floods, landslides, mudslides, and mountain collapses.
